Buda area covers one third of the city, and known to be the Paris of the East. And across the Danube river sitting beside wonderful Buda is Pest. Among the many beauties scattered around the city some stand out as the places that deserve a must-visit. These include the hot water spas that survived from antic Roman ages, nearly 800 years old Baroque masterpiece Buda Castle, Matthias Church that was built in 1015 and St. Stephen’s Church dedicated to the first king of Budapest.
In this route, we will be strolling around the streets of District 7, once home to a flourishing Jewish community, now the pulsating party district of the city. We’ll visit some of the most famous historical synagogues like Dohany, Rumbach and Orthodox as well as some very unique ruin bars like Szimpla Kert along the way.
